A credit card is required to reserve a room. Full deposit is due at the time the reservation is made. The balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Please give notice at least 48 Hrs prior to anticipated arrival. Groups require a 30 day notice. A fee equal to one night stay per each reserved room will be charged if there is insufficient notice of cancellation.
No-Show Policy:
No- shows will be charged 100% of the amount of a one-night stay
Check-In:
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. If you are arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-Out:
Check-out ends at 11:00 AM.
Late Check-Out:
Please call the front desk to check for availability.
Pet Policy:
Pets 15 lbs or less are welcome. A $100 non-refundable fee is charged at the time of arrival. Pets must have a kennel, which must be used at all times guest is not in the room with the pet. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per room.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is restricted to certain rooms. Please reserve the appropriate room type. Any violation of this policy will result in the addition to your reservation of a $75.00 cleaning charge, and subsequent charge to your credit card.
Taxes:

Damages:
All tenants will be held 100% responsible for any damages done to the property.

Swiss Village Inn takes every precaution to protect our customers' information. When customers submit sensitive information via website, it is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information, such as a credit card number and/or social security number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. We guarantee that with each purchase you make, any personal information you provide is secure. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent charges as a result of making a reservation at www.swissvillageinn.net, we will cover your liability up to $50. This applies only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own while using Swiss Village Inn's secure server, and providing that you notified your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
